Housekeeping must've been busy because my jewelry vanished without a trace, and no one bothered to follow up! Funny how i wasn't treated like royalty . Unexceptable.

The breakfast had good choice of OUTSTANDING food and drinks. Well-appointed and immaculately clean room, a flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control and a writing table were a nice surprise.

Recommend it for a spa experience

The outdoor hot tub was a nice touch, really let me unwind before treatments. During lunch, I noticed the lush surroundings and it made for a nice atmosphere despite the hiccup in service.

It wasn't exactly inexpensive, but still manageable for a getaway.

The rooms were beautifully decorated with comfortable furnishings, and I appreciated the attentive staff who offered complimentary champagne upon arrival. The spa facilities were great, especially the serene outdoor hot tub, perfect for relaxation.

We loved the wellness classes offered, especially yoga and meditation! The kids enjoyed the family-friendly ambiance, and the spa was just fine. The staff was attentive.

For dads, it would be great if there were more play areas for kids.

Luxurious Spa and Comfortable Accommodations

The spa treatments, particularly the Himalayan salt sauna, provided a serene escape, and the complimentary yoga classes were a wonderful addition to my wellness experience. I also appreciated the attention to detail in the room, like the high-end linens and fresh water bottles. I think a bit more accessibility in the spa area would enhance the experience even further.

I loved the thoughtfully arranged common areas with lovely paintings and comfortable seating. The staff were attentive, our needs were met at every turn.

More accessible seating around the spa would be beneficial.

The staff texted us when our rooms were ready, really thoughtful. The queen room with two queen beds was super clean and cozy. I especially loved the seasonal spa treatments that was like a mini getaway. It's right off the main street, close to everything!

The gorgeous and relaxing spa was the highlight of my trip! Imagine unwinding in such a beautifully designed space. The only hiccup was the slight wear on the chairs in my room. Would still return ☺️

Nice amenities, especially the outdoor hot tub. The staff seemed overwhelmed and service was frequently slow. There are bicycle rentals for exploring the area, a plus. Our King Room had a nice layout, but the communication about our scheduled treatments was lacking.

Great service and a lovely pool. Some units have a cozy fireplace, which adds a special touch to the atmosphere! The Willows restaurant at this place is fantastic - thoroughly enjoyed it! 🌿

The rooms have a fireplace, the facilities are perfect, the location is just off every shop and restaurant in the Hudson Valley, and it's easy to walk to everything.
